good.bee Starter Pack

You can become a good.bee client by purchasing the Starter Pack and signing a contract with BCR. The Starter Pack is available with any good.bee agent.

The Starter Pack has everything you need to use good.bee mobile transactions:

• A current bank account at BCR, opened automatically when you sign the contract. You don't have to go to the bank, the bank (the good.bee agent) comes to you.
• You receive on the spot, the debit card with its PIN code. You don't have to wait to receive it in the mail or go to the bank to get it.
• You can register on the spot the mobile transaction service. You just need you mobile and your ID card, without installing aplications or performing tehnical modifications.
• You can activate right away the mobile transaction service. You receive all the information needed and a Users Manual for the service.

In the first 24 hours from the contract signing, a good.bee operator will call you on your mobile in order to check your personal information. You will have to establish your secret questions and answers which will be used to identify yourself whenever you contact our Client Support service (for inquiries as blocking your card, your account or requesting a Replacement Pack).This is why it is important to memorize the secret questions and answers, to chose them so they are hard to guess, even for friends and colleagues.

If we are unable to contact you within 24 hours from the contract signing, your account will be blocked. For the first 24 hours after the signing please keep your mobile phone at hand and answer it even if you do not recognize the caller number.
